Rolls-Royce Coupe to Debut at Geneva Motor Show

Rolls-Royce Drophead Coupe

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars just announced that they will unveil their new Phantom Coupé at the Geneva Motor Show on Tuesday, 4 March 2008. We got a sneak peak at an exclusive introduction to the press at a BMW trip in Monterey, CA.

Rolls-Royce Drophead Coupe

Joining the Phantom and the Phantom Drophead Coupé, the Coupé
is the most driver-orientated model in the Phantom line. Power is provided by the Phantom’s 6.75-litre V12 that produces 453 bhp and according to Rolls-Royce has “segment-leading fuel economy.” It features rear-hinged coach doors for easy access to the rear , a split -tail “picnic boot” which provides seating for two while at the Steeplechase and fabulous lighting on the headliner which resembles starlit sky.
The Phantom Coupé reminds me of all those impossibly gorgeous models we see in gay media; we know we’ll never have one but it certainly is nice to look.
Production of the new car will start at Goodwood in the summer of 2008.
