New York media got its first look at the Cadillac Ciel concept, an open-air grand-touring car Thursday, September 1, 2011 in the Chelsea area of New York, NY. The Ciel – pronounced “C-L”, evoking the French word for “sky” – is a four-seat convertible powered by a twin-turbocharged version of the 3.6-liter Direct Injection V-6 engine, paired with a hybrid system using lithium-ion battery technology.
